Technical Difficulties

Keeping a blog when one has no camera is a lot more challenging than I'd anticipated.
There have been many exciting things happening and we've gone and done lots of fun things lately. I've also been knitting and sewing a lot for myself and my new home! Wash cloths and such... heat packs and tank tops... but with no camera, it's difficult to share these... Boy can I tell you how exciting it will be when I do get a camera! Hopefully I don't have to wait too long!
Thankfully my Mom has given me a whole whack of the photos she's been taking lately of the stuff we've been doing together, so that is great!

*All photos taken by Susanne Granneman(or at least with her camera)
Ryan and I at the farm!

Sister time!
My blossoming garden...
braiding my home grown garlic!
It's amazing how tall these beauties are still getting!
My finished product... but only 2 of them. The biggest have yet to be photographed!
This photo was taken the day our offer for our new house was accepted!

Right now Ryan and I are waiting on a call... Hoping to have some work today, although I have minorly hurt my back this morning getting groceries, I'm hoping this won't impede in our work day... If we get a work day!
OH in other work-related things, Ryan has started coming to the farm with me! It made me so happy that he's decided to come! But I think he realized that if he wants to help me, he's gonna need some knowledge.^_^ Yay!!!

Happy trails, everyone. Enjoy what's left of summer and then hop right into enjoying Autumn! ♥

  1. feelin' your pain @ not having a working camera brah.
been sooo long for me, and it doesn't get any less annoying
I hope you get one soon cuz I want to see more than the outside of your house. which is pretty attractive from the outside btw. so stoked for you guys!

  2. Yeah, I really hope I can get one soon. Not sure where to go. I'd have to go out of town I think... to find a nice one. I want to get a good high quality one this time and learn to use it well. Do you know of any good ones to recommend? Or is there one you're drooling over atm?
I wish to have one before we move in, so that I can take before and after pictures of the house!

  3. well the ones i got my eye on are over a granddd brand new so I'd have to look into second hand or just a cheaper variety. i wanna get a digital SLR but they don't come cheap, I'll probably eventually just find a decent point and shoot. nice ones are definitely $$$ but there are plenty of good ones for less too. I haven't even bothered shopping around lately. but for sure something I'd do outside of pa if i was you. other than at walmart there's not much to see
